At 380px the nav drawer rendered above the cookie banner, making preferences unreachable on iPhone SE. Z-index wars had escalated for months.
We flattened the stacking context, moved both to Radix Dialog primitives with proper focus scoping, and wrote a 320px QA matrix. Preferences are now reachable, and consent analytics became trustworthy for the first time.
