Privacy policy

This website is operated by Synco, a subsidiary of Synnex IT Solution (Pvt) Ltd, based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Questions about this policy can be sent to info@syncosoftwares.com.

When you send an inquiry through the contact form, we store the name, email address, company, subject and message you enter. We use it only to reply to you and to follow up on the project you asked about.

• Your IP address is checked briefly to limit spam and repeated sign-in attempts. It is held in memory for a few minutes and is not stored with your inquiry.
• A small preference cookie remembers the currency you choose for displayed prices.
• Where enabled, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel measure how the site is used and whether our advertising reaches the right people. These services set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.
• Staff who sign in to the admin area receive a secure session cookie. Visitors never do.

Inquiries are stored in our own database and are visible only to authorised staff. We keep them for as long as needed to handle your request and our ongoing business relationship, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@syncosoftwares.com. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
